Client Spotlight: Tina's Journey

I started working with Angela at New Moon Fitness in April 2022. At the time, I was obese, pre-diabetic, had high blood pressure, very low energy, and little motivation.

 

Through one-on-one coaching, Angela helped me learn mindful eating—fueling my body instead of using food for comfort—while gradually building strength, confidence, and consistency.

​

Over time, my body and mindset began to change. I’ve now lost over 100 pounds, toned my muscles, and gained energy I never thought I’d have again.

 

I expanded into group classes such as Camp Bellatrix, POUND, and the Shake It, Own It Booty Dance Course, where I found not only challenging workouts but also a supportive community of women who truly encourage and uplift one another.

More importantly, this journey changed how I see myself. New Moon Fitness isn’t just about workouts—it’s where I’ve become stronger, healthier, and happier, both physically and mentally, while learning that I am capable of more than I ever believed possible. Client Spotlight: Kelsie’s Journey

I first walked into New Moon Fitness during a Thanksgiving class in 2023, not realizing how much it would change my life.

 

Shortly after, I joined Camp Bellatrix and completed an 8-week nutrition course with Angela, which transformed how I understand food, nutrition labels, and how to fuel my body.

​

With continued training and commitment, I began showing up multiple times a week, taking on challenges, and eventually joining the Shake It, Own It Booty Dance Course.

 

Along the way, I lost 19.5 inches, reduced my body fat from 40.8% to 36.6%, and gained strength, confidence, and consistency—along with an incredible community of women who feel like family.

Before New Moon Fitness, I didn’t always prioritize caring for my body. Through Angela’s guidance and encouragement, I learned to show up for myself, complete challenges I never thought I could—like 21-day no-sugar challenges—and discover that fitness can be empowering, joyful, and life-changing. New Moon Fitness isn’t just a gym—it’s where lasting change truly began.

A Note From the Founder

​I started New Moon Fitness with one clear goal: to create a fitness space where women feel comfortable showing up exactly as they are.

​

After years of seeing women feel intimidated, overlooked, or disconnected in traditional gyms, I knew I wanted to offer something different.

 

New Moon Fitness is a women-only community rooted in support, encouragement, and thoughtful programming.

​

Here, you’re not just a number or a face in the crowd. You’re welcomed, supported, and encouraged to move in ways that feel strong, safe, and empowering.
