For 30 days, we simplify everything and focus on what matters:

  • Whole, real foods only

  • No added sugars

  • No alcohol

  • No eating out

  • Limit processed foods 

  • No refined carbs or “junk” foods

This is about resetting your habits and your relationship with food.

 

DAILY STANDARDS

These are the non-negotiables:

  • 1/2 gallon of water daily

  • 8,000 steps (sedentary) 10,000 steps (active)

  • Protein with every meal

  • 10 minutes of mindfulness
    (journaling, reading, or meditation)
