HYROX-Style Training at New Moon Fitness is a women-only performance program designed to build full-body strength, cardiovascular endurance, and mental resilience through functional, race-inspired training.

This program blends strength training, conditioning intervals, and functional movement patterns to prepare women for high-intensity challenges—whether you’re training for a HYROX race or want to feel strong, capable, and powerful in your body.

Who This Program Is For

This program is for women who:

What You’ll Train

Participants will train using functional, race-style movements, including:

  • Sled pushes and pulls

  • Farmers carries

  • Wall balls

  • Sandbag Lunges 

  • SkiErg, rower, bike, and treadmill work

  • Free weights, kettlebells, and bodyweight movements

 

Training sessions are designed to:

  • Build strength under fatigue

  • Improve efficiency and pacing

  • Increase confidence in challenging movements

  • Develop both physical and mental resilience

Program Details

  • Schedule: Tuesdays & Thursdays at 6:00 AM

  • Format: Ongoing monthly program

  • Location: In-person at New Moon Fitness

  • Investment: $120 per month
