Participants will train using functional, race-style movements, including:

Sled pushes and pulls

Farmers carries
-
Wall balls
-
Sandbag Lunges
-
SkiErg, rower, bike, and treadmill work

Free weights, kettlebells, and bodyweight movements
Training sessions are designed to:
