Shake It, Own It is a progressive, body-led movement method for women that blends hip mobility, pelvic floor activation, strength, and dance-based movement.
The focus is not on performance, perfection, or pushing harder. It’s learning to trust the body, follow sensation, and let movement come from within.
Each session begins by loosening and activating the hips and body so movement feels safe and natural. Then, women are guided through progressive dance-based flows in which the body, not the mind, leads.
This is not about being a dancer.
It’s about waking the body back up and remembering how to move with ease again.
