This one-of-a-kind course blends strength training, mobility, and dance into a powerful 6-week journey designed
exclusively for women. Each class begins with a workout to strengthen your legs and glutes, followed by targeted exercises that loosen tight hips and release tension in your hip flexors.
​
Then the fun begins—every week you’ll “shake it, own it” while learning a brand-new dance move that builds on your confidence, coordination, and body awareness. By the end of the program, you’ll feel not only stronger in your hips, glutes, and legs, but also more empowered in your own skin.
