​Shake It, Own It is a six-week, women-only movement program that supports hip mobility, pelvic floor coordination, emotional release, and confidence through a blend of calisthenics, resistance band work, dynamic mobility, and guided dance-based movement.

This program is about reconnecting with your body, releasing stored tension, and moving in ways that feel freeing, supportive, and empowering.
No dance experience required.

These movements are taught in a supportive, structured way and are used to:

Improve joint mobility and movement quality
