

SHAKE IT, OWN IT- A BOOTY DANCE COURSE

This one-of-a-kind 6-week program blends strength, mobility, and dance to help women move with confidence.
Each class begins with lower-body strength training, followed by hip-opening exercises to release tension and improve flexibility. Then it’s time to “shake it, own it” as you learn a new dance move each week that boosts confidence, coordination, and self-expression.

POUND® is a high-energy, full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with the fun of drumming. Using lightly weighted Ripstix®, you’ll move to the beat and let loose as you strengthen your core, improve coordination, and release stress — all while feeling like a rockstar.
