New Moon Fitness offers a variety of women-focused programs, including personal training, strength and conditioning, HYROX-style training, and Shake It, Own It. Each program is designed to help women feel stronger, more confident, and supported in a welcoming, judgment-free environment.

Personal training & Buddy training
Unlock your potential with customized training tailored to your individual goals.
Whether you’re looking to lose fat, build muscle, improve strength, or increase overall confidence.
You’ll receive personalized workouts, accountability, and coaching designed to meet you where you are and help you progress at your own pace.
Training options are flexible and can be completed in the gym or at home.
Personal Training (1:1): $75 per hour. Buddy Training (2 people): $80 per hour.
Travel Training (I come to you): $100 per hour.

Bellatrix Bootcamp

A strength training bootcamp designed to challenge both body and mind.
Each session combines cardio, resistance, and core training to build endurance, confidence, and total-body strength.
