Camp Bellatrix Bootcamp
A strength and conditioning bootcamp designed to challenge your body and mind. Each session combines cardio, resistance, and core training to build endurance, confidence, and community. Small-group energy, big results.

An intense circuit workout that targets every major muscle group using compound and plyometric movements. Expect battle ropes, slam balls, and free weights to boost power, burn fat, and build total-body strength.
