I offer one-on-one personal training tailored to your unique needs, or you can bring a friend for a fun and motivating buddy session. For those who prefer the convenience of training at home, I also provide traveling training sessions.

Camp Bellatrix Bootcamp
Camp Bellatrix is more than just a workout—it’s a small-group training experience designed to help women unlock their inner strength and confidence.

Each 60-minute session blends:

Cardio to boost stamina and endurance

Core training to strengthen core

Full-body strength work to sculpt lean muscle and improve overall fitness

Full-Body Conditioning
Full-Body Conditioning is a high-intensity circuit workout that combines compound exercises and plyometric moves to engage multiple major muscle groups at once, burning fat, and building strength and power.

You’ll train with tools like wall balls, battle ropes, slam balls, free weights, and more. Moving through challenging circuits designed to push your limits and leave you feeling stronger every week.​
